Project leader:
Do you enjoy being the central coordinator and taking overall responsibility for the entire fair? Are you good at ensuring that everyone feels good and that the work runs as it should? Then you should apply for the role of Project Leader. The role offers great opportunities to develop your leadership skills, and you will get the chance to support wherever needed. It is a great opportunity to grow and to help create the fair together with the rest of the project management team.
Vice project leader/HR:
As Vice Project Leader, you primarily support the Project Leader, but it is also your responsibility to support the rest of the project committee in their work.

Head of event:
Are you someone who is passionate about organizing events and creating an atmosphere that encourages conversation and laughter? Then the role of Head of Event for REKON 2027 is perfect for you! As Head of Event, you enjoy a fast-paced environment, challenges, and working with positive and talented people. You will have a broad role where you are responsible for everything from pitching REKON to potential event partners and promoting events to students, to developing REKON’s events from planning to execution and evaluation. To thrive in this role, you are structured, outgoing, and resilient under pressure, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere and memorable events!​

Head of corporate relations:
Are you a social and driven person who is not afraid to reach out to new people? Do you want to help organize lounges, amazing prizes, and a world-class goodie bag? Then don’t hesitate to apply for the role of Head of Sponsorship! You will work continuously throughout the year and must not be afraid to take initiative in making contact. As Head of Sponsorship, it is an advantage if you enjoy negotiating, like connecting with new people, and can think outside the box.

CFO
If you enjoy structure and organization, this role is perfect for you. As CFO, you have overall responsibility for the project’s budget, including all revenues, costs, and invoicing. You also act as a supporting and advisory function for the rest of the project management team regarding contracts and collaborations, ensuring that the fair can be as successful as possible.

Head of company relations:
Are you a natural negotiator? Do you want insight into a wide range of exciting companies? Then the role of Head of Company Relations is perfect for you! In this role, you are responsible for contacting companies regarding participation at the fair. It is an ongoing task throughout the year, and you should not be afraid to reach out. It is important to be structured, as you will manage contact via both email and phone over an extended period with many different companies. Additionally, being communicative and acting as a professional representative of REKON is essential. Part of the role also involves being creative and identifying new, interesting companies that would be a good fit for the fair.
Head of communication:
As Head of Communications, you are responsible for the material distributed by REKON. You are also responsible for publishing content on REKON’s social media channels, as well as updating and maintaining the website. In this role, you will work closely with the Art Director and Head of Event, who will provide you with material and specify what information needs to be included.

Art director:
Are you skilled in graphic design or interested in learning more? As Art Director, you have the main responsibility for REKON’s marketing. A large part of the role involves creating the graphic material used, which can include everything from posters and Instagram posts to website content. The position involves close collaboration with the Head of Communications, where you together develop the overall marketing strategy. Previous experience with design software is a plus but not required, the most important thing is that you enjoy design and are eager to learn more!

Head of fair:
As Head of Fair, you have overall responsibility for all practical aspects before, during, and after the fair. You will oversee everything from floor planning and booth placement to electricity and safety. You are a practical person who can make quick decisions and stay calm under pressure. In addition, you are creative, good at structuring tasks, and have a strong sense of safety awareness. If this sounds like you, don’t hesitate to apply for the role of Head of Fair 2027!

Head of sustainability:
As Head of Sustainability, your role is to act as both a support function and a leader in sustainability matters for the project group. The role is relatively new and therefore does not yet have fully defined responsibilities. In this position, you will maintain an ongoing dialogue with all roles and ensure REKON’s sustainability certification is upheld.
Head of logistics:
REKON’s Head of Logistics plays an important role in supporting the Head of Fair with practical tasks before, during, and after the fair. You are also responsible for the vehicles used during the fair. Additionally, you will manage and coordinate the crew to ensure that the fair runs as smoothly as possible.​
